Dear WWW 2026 Conference Bookstore Participant,
Thank you for expressing interest to participate in the bookstore for the Women Writing the West Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, October 15-17, 2026.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
Participation and Consignment
The deadline to submit the bookstore participation form is Friday, August 28, 2026 (sorry – no exceptions). You are not guaranteed a spot until the below form is completed and submitted. You will receive an email from Jayme Mansfield, Conference Bookstore Chair, to confirm your participation.
The number of participants is capped at 40 and will be filled on a first-come basis upon submission of the below form.
To participate in the bookstore consignment, an author must:
-Be a current WWW member and in attendance at the conference.
-Have authored or co-authored the title(s) (no anthologies).
Note: The 2026 WILLA Literary Winners and Finalists are highly encouraged to consign and must be in attendance at the conference. The partner bookstore will not be purchasing the Willa Award books. The WILLA Literary Awards are open to non-members.
Mostly Books will take on consignment a maximum of three titles per author, five copies of each. Authors receive 50% of list price in the form of a mailed check or other payment specified by the partner bookstore.
Book Delivery & Pick-up
Authors must bring their books to the Conference Bookstore on Thursday, 10/15, between 1 pm – 5 pm. Books will not be accepted after those hours or on Friday.
If you need to ship books ahead of time, send them to the hotel no more than one week before the conference: 4415 E. Paradise Village Pkwy S., Phoenix, AZ 85032
Label the package with your name and Women Writing the West Conference. The hotel may charge a reasonable handling/storage fee. You are encouraged to track your package as WWW cannot be responsible for ensuring your books are received.
Authors are responsible for picking up unsold books from the Conference Bookstore no later than 8:30 p.m., Saturday, 10/17.
Book Signing Event
Authors are asked to participate in the Book Signing Event, Sat., 10/17, 3:30 – 5:00pm.
Authors will supply one additional copy of each title consigned as a display book for the signing. Author name placards are provided. Other than small promotional items (bookmarks, postcards), please do not display additional material or signage.
