2022 Conference Bookstore Submission Form
Dear WWW Bookstore Participant,
Thank you for expressing an interest in participating in the bookstore for the 28th annual Women Writing the West Conference in Oklahoma City, October 19-22, 2022. Our conference bookstore this year will be run by Full Circle Books, Oklahoma’s largest and oldest indie bookstore (https://fullcirclebooks.com).
Full Circle will take books on consignment, a maximum of three titles per author, five copies each.
If you need to ship books ahead of time, you may send them to the hotel no more than two weeks before the conference: Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel, One N. Broadway Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73102. Label the package with your name and Women Writing the West Conference. The hotel charges a small handling/storage fee: $2 per pound. You might want to request a signature for package receipt; WWW cannot be responsible for ensuring your books are received.
Authors are responsible for picking up unsold books and shipping or taking them home.
